CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Body

Manufactured with a double wall made of steel plate and a special fire resistant insulator "styronite F" inserted inside this body, which gives to the whole a strong resistance against fire.

Door

In the side of the hinges, there are fixed bolts to prevent any attempt to dismantle the door itself by forcing the hinges.

Closing Devices

  • NGS Series: high security lock, EN 1300 certified, with double-bitted key
  • (NGS) E Series: digital electronic combination lock with 1.000.000 possible combinations (works with external alkaline batteries), EN 1300 certified (for models 80, 150, 355, 635).

Fire Resistance

60 min, 90 min or 120 min depending on the model:

  • Models 20 - 30 - 40 - 50: 60 minutes. The cupboard is heated up to 945ºC during 1 hour.
  • Model 80: 90 minutes. The cupboard is heated up to 1050ºC during 1,5 hour.
  • Models 150 - 355 - 635: 120 minutes. The cupboard is heated up to 1050ºC during 2 hours.

In any case, the maximum temperature inside the cupboard does not exceed 150ºC

FINISHING

  • Models 20 - 30 - 40: 2 anchor holes in bottom
  • Models 50 - 80: 2 anchor holes in the back. Rubber support
  • Models 150 - 355 - 635: 2 anchor holes in the back. 4 Wheels
